  • I purchased a Bapsoft game, but I haven't received my registration code.
     
    We process orders and send out registration codes instantly upon receiving your order. When you purchase software from our website, your registration code will be included in the order confirmation email that you receive from us. If you have received your order confirmation email, but have not received your registration code(s), please contact our support team at support@bapsoft.com, and we will assist you with your registration.

    Important: If you have SPAM filters enabled, please make sure they are configured to allow our registration email to reach you. This is the most common problem with customers that do not receive their registration code(s).
    I purchased a CD from a retail store that contains your games (like a 200+ collection), but the software is unregistered. Why do I still have to register?
    Software collections like the one you purchased are meant only as a way for the customer to find a lot of programs conveniently placed on a CD. This allows the customer to try the software on a "trial" basis to determine if they wish to purchase the software. If you look closely at the package or the CD, it should indicate that the software on the CD is "shareware" or "trial" software. This requires that you purchase a registration if you wish to use the software after your trial period has expired. When we receive your order, we will send your registration code to activate the game.
    When I enter my registration code, I get the message "invalid code please enter again".
    Please check that you have installed the latest software version from our website and that you have entered the registration code exactly as provided. After doing so, if your registration code continues to fail, please send your order information to our support team at support@bapsoft.com. We will promptly send you a new registration code(s).
    When I download your software, it downloads as a .zip file and I can't install .zip files on my PDA.
    All of our games are compressed as ZIP files. This makes the file much smaller for a faster download. To unzip a .ZIP file, you will need to use the program "WinZip". You can download a FREE trial version of WinZip at www.winzip.com

    After you unzip the file, you will see the installation file(s) that you will use to install the software on your PDA.
    How do I disable the game sound? (Palm)
    To adjust the sound in any of our games, simply tap the "Menu" button on your Palm and select "Game Settings" from the drop-down menu. Within the game settings, you will be able to adjust the volume of the game as well as turn off the sound completely.
    How do I access the game instructions? (Palm)
    All of our games have built-in instructions. To view the instructions, simply start the game on your Palm, then tap the "Menu" button. Select "How to Play" from the "Info" menu. The "Menu" button is located in the lower left corner of the graffiti area on your Palm. Please refer to the picture on this page for more details.
    Where is the MENU button located on my Palm device? (Palm)
    All Palm devices have a MENU button. Most often, the menu button is located in the bottom left corner of the graffiti area, or on some devices (Tungsten-C and Treo), there is a dedicated button specifically for activating the drop-down menu. For more detailed information on the menu button, please refer to your Palm user's manual.

    How do I upgrade my game to the latest version?
    Before upgrading any of our games, we highly recommend that you first delete the old versions from your Palm/Pocket PC. This will ensure a clean installation. To upgrade, simply download the latest release (trial version) from our website and install it to your PDA. Afterwards, you may need to re-enter your registration code to activate each game. If you need us to resend your registration code, please send an email to support@bapsoft.com
    There's a word missing from the Word Toss dictionary!
    Although the Word Toss dictionary includes 50,000 words, there are words that were not included in the dictionary because of size considerations. However, we have tried to include the words that are most common in the English language. If you think that you have found a word that is not in the dictionary, but is in common usage, please send an email to support@bapsoft.com and we will do our best to include it in the next version release.
    What is your software/registration policy?
    Our registration policy allows you to use our software on a single Palm/Pocket PC device for each registration that you purchase. We do not allow transferring registrations to another person or another device. As with any computer software, the license that you purchase is for one copy of the software (on one PDA device). The software was originally registered for a specific User ID, and new registration codes will need to be purchased.
    What is your refund policy?
    We offer FREE trial versions of all software to allow the customer the ability to evaluate our software prior to purchasing the full versions. Please download and install the trial version before purchasing our software.

    We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Software purchased for the wrong device or mobile operating system
  • Promotion codes not provided during the purchase process
  • Any item 30 days after the purchase date
